One of our regular, full-time, office staff members will answer the phone (all of whom are VERY NICE), whether you call during regular business hours, evenings, weekends, even Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day. You won’t have to leave a message, or deal with an answering service or machine. We cannot (and would not) decide for you to put up your baby for adoption, or more correctly stated, make an adoption plan, but we will answer your questions and provide you the information you want, WITHOUT JUDGING YOU. We will not pretend to know how you feel nor make you sit through endless counseling sessions. If you chose adoption, your baby will go directly into the arms of the adoptive parents – no DCS involvement or foster care. If you choose to parent the baby, we will not criticize you or try to make you feel bad. In fact, we will wish you well and part friends.
