Meet Families Waiting for African-American and Mixed Race Babies

These are some of the families whom we represent who are interested in adopting African-American and African-American mixed babies. As with all of the prospective adoptive parents whom we represent, these families are very carefully screened and investigated before we will represent them. Additionally, all of them go through additional counseling and education to be sure that they are fully prepared to successfully parent a child of color, if they themselves are not African-American. Click on their picture to learn more about each family. If you do not see a family who interests you, please call us. We have many more carefully screened and investigated, prospective adoptive parents whose profiles we can share with you.

We select adoptive parents very carefully.

Our family includes David, age 9, who was born in Guatemala and Emily, age 4, who was born in South Korea. We are a close-knit family and share a large country home with Sherry's mom, also known as Mamaw Barb. In addition to the two-legged folks, we also have a cuddly, four-legged member of the family named Sam.

We fell in love and married four years ago. We can't believe our good fortune in meeting each other. We count our blessings. But there's one blessing we miss, and that's children. In spite of medical assistance, we haven't conceived. Adoption gives us the opportunity to realize our dream of being parents. We honor your decision to secure your baby's future through adoption. With us as parents, your child will know that you made an adoption plan because of your profound love for your child and because you wanted your child to have a bright future with unlimited opportunities.
