Indianapolis, Indiana, Adoption Attorneys
Recipient of the 2005 Congressional “Angels in Adoption” Award
"Preg," "preggo," "preggers," "knocked up." You may hear these words every day, and you might feel overwhelmed, trying to decide on the next step. What will you do with your baby? When you are seeking options, turn to Kirsh & Kirsh, P.C.
Every day, our Indianapolis, Indiana, adoption lawyers witness the advantages and blessings associated with adoption. For over 30 years, we have brought joy and love into the lives of thousands of children and the parents who adopt them. We believe adoption is a “win-win-win” situation for everyone involved: children are given a chance at life, while couples unable to have children of their own are blessed with the son or daughter they’ve always wanted, and birth moms find peace in knowing they have provided a loving and secure home for their precious babies.
Let Us Help You Give Your Gift
In working with prospective birth mothers over the years, the same concerns, issues, and worries often arise. We’ve developed this website as a resource for prospective birth mothers interested in considering adoption as an alternative.

We Have the Resources to Help
The Indiana adoption lawyers at Kirsh & Kirsh, P.C., have focused their practice on adoption law for more than 30 years. They have the knowledge, expertise and experience to explain adoption in an easy-to-understand manner. They will not try to convince a prospective birth mother that she should pursue adoption, for they are keenly aware that adoption is an intensely personal and private decision, which is not right for everyone.
Kirsh & Kirsh, P.C., provides the necessary information for a prospective birth mother to decide if adoption is the right decision for her and her unborn baby. Although Kirsh & Kirsh, P.C., does not typically represent prospective birth mothers, they will make all of the arrangements for an adoption if that is the birth mother’s decision and will be available to answer her questions and arrange for other supportive services, such as counseling and separate legal representation, if she wishes. Likewise, they will provide you a number of options in selecting prospective adoptive parents. Additionally, as a private adoption legal practice, we screen and exhaustively investigate prospective adoptive parents and will review and discuss them with you.
We are not an adoption agency. When you choose an adoption law firm over an adoption agency, you will work directly with the person who makes the decisions and be able to speak to him or her at any hour of the day. You will not need to wait for a board of directors to decide what to do with your case.
